What You Will Be Doing?
- Lead the successful opening of a brand-new nursery, ensuring it is a safe, inspiring and high-quality learning environment
- Recruit, inspire, mentor and develop a dedicated new team
- Implement an award-winning curriculum that sets children up for success
- Drive occupancy growth while prioritising staff wellbeing and retention
- Work closely with area directors and quality teams to establish and embed outstanding standards
What They Are Looking For?
- Previous management or leadership experience in a nursery or early years setting
- A Level 3 qualification (or above) in early years education
- Knowledge of safeguarding, regulations and curriculum development
- A proven track record of leading teams and achieving strong outcomes
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
