What are your key responsibilities?

• Leading and motivating your team to uphold excellent standards
• Ensuring delivery of an engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum
• Overseeing staffing, budgeting, compliance, and daily operations
• Building strong relationships with families and external partners
• Maintaining high standards in line with EYFS and regulatory requirements
• Driving ongoing professional development and reflective practice

Who Are We Looking For?

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
• Experience in a leadership role within an early years setting
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and compliance
• Confident leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A proactive, positive approach and commitment to improving outcomes
