We are delighted to be partnering with a respected Early Years provider to recruit a passionate and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager for their exceptional, purpose-built setting. Our nursery offers a warm, nurturing environment with three well-equipped rooms: a Baby Room (0–2 years), Toddler Room (2–3 years), and Preschool Room (3–5 years). Set in a charming rural setting, the nursery provides enriching learning opportunities that encourage children to explore their interests and develop their unique talents.

What Are Your Key Responsibilities?
- Leading and motivating your team to uphold excellent standards
- Ensuring delivery of an engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Overseeing staffing, budgeting, compliance, and daily operations
- Building strong relationships with families and external partners
- Maintaining high standards in line with EYFS and regulatory requirements
- Driving ongoing professional development and reflective practice
Who Are We Looking For?
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
- Experience in a leadership role within an early years setting
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and compliance
- Confident leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A proactive, positive approach and commitment to improving outcomes
