About the Role
Level 2 Qualified Nursery Practitioner - £13.50 Per Hour, 40 Hours PW
Are you a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated childcare professional with a Level 2 qualification in Early Years? We're currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic nursery setting that is looking to welcome a new Nursery Practitioner to their passionate and supportive team.
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is eager to grow in their early years career and make a real difference in children’s lives every day. The company will support you through your educational career journey and ensure you progress through to your Level 3 Qualification and beyond.
About the Nursery: Our client is a well-established, high-quality 50 place nursery that prides itself on providing a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment for children to learn, explore, and flourish. The team is dedicated to delivering outstanding care to children aged 0-5 and creating a setting where both children and staff feel valued and supported.
The Role:
As a Level 2 Nursery Practitioner, you’ll be an essential part of the team, helping to deliver a broad and exciting curriculum tailored to individual children's needs and interests. You’ll support children's development through play, observation, and high-quality interaction, while ensuring their well-being and safety at all times.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and delivering creative and engaging activities

Support children's learning in line with the EYFS framework

Promote positive relationships with children, parents, and team members

Ensure a safe and inclusive environment

Observe, track, and report on children’s development

Work collaboratively within a friendly and experienced team
What We’re Looking For:

A Level 2 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (essential)

A genuine passion for early years education

A nurturing, proactive, and team-oriented approach

Knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding best practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
