About the Role
Nursery Manager – Brand New Montessori Nursery Opening
Full-time | 40 hours per week | £55,000 + benefits
Are you an experienced Nursery Manager ready for your next exciting challenge? We’re working with a growing group of Montessori nurseries who are about to open a beautifully renovated, purpose-built setting in Greater London — and they’re looking for a passionate leader to take the reins.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a brand-new nursery, shape its culture from the very beginning, and lead a dedicated team to deliver outstanding childcare and education.

A day in your role will include:

Overseeing the daily running of the nursery and ensuring it meets the highest standards

Building strong relationships with parents, children, and staff

Leading team meetings, staff supervisions, and mentoring to inspire and upskill your team

Managing compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, safeguarding, and welfare requirements

Organising events, parent partnerships, and delivering an engaging nursery experience
What we’re looking for:

Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)

Proven experience as a Nursery Manager

Experience working in a Montessori nursery (essential)

Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding requirements

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
-
A positive role model who can inspire, motivate, and develop a team
A clean and up-to-date DBS check is essential.
