  • Clear pathways for career progression within a growing group of nurseries

  • A supportive, forward-thinking team culture with access to modern nursery management tools

A day in your role will include:

  • Overseeing the daily running of the nursery and ensuring it meets the highest standards

  • Building strong relationships with parents, children, and staff

  • Leading team meetings, staff supervisions, and mentoring to inspire and upskill your team

  • Managing compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, safeguarding, and welfare requirements

  • Organising events, parent partnerships, and delivering an engaging nursery experience

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)

  • Proven experience as a Nursery Manager

  • Experience working in a Montessori nursery (essential)

  • Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding requirements

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

  • A positive role model who can inspire, motivate, and develop a team

A clean and up-to-date DBS check is essential.
