What You Will Be Doing?

• Lead the successful opening of a brand-new nursery, ensuring it is a safe, inspiring and high-quality learning environment
• Recruit, inspire, mentor and develop a dedicated new team
• Implement an award-winning curriculum that sets children up for success
• Drive occupancy growth while prioritising staff wellbeing and retention
• Work closely with area directors and quality teams to establish and embed outstanding standards

What They Are Looking For?

• Previous management or leadership experience in a nursery or early years setting
• A Level 3 qualification (or above) in early years education
• Knowledge of safeguarding, regulations and curriculum development
• A proven track record of leading teams and achieving strong outcomes
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
