Field/Multi-Site Nursery Manager - Up to £48,500 + Benefits
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, high-quality early years provider for an experienced and passionate Field Based Nursery Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and motivated early years leader to take ownership of a nursery setting while also supporting wider regional growth. The role offers genuine scope for career progression as the organisation continues to expand. This role is perfect for an experienced Manager who is looking to take the next step into Multi-Site Management and future Area Management.
Summary
As Field Based Nursery Manager, you will provide professional leadership to ensure the nursery operates effectively each day, delivering outstanding childcare and early education.
Key responsibilities include:
- Promoting and maintaining high standards across the nursery environment, resources, and learning experiences
- Ensuring all children receive rich, stimulating, age-appropriate experiences
- Managing all nursery administration, including children’s records, staff records, and resources
- Leading and supporting regulatory inspections and ensuring ongoing compliance
- Ensuring staffing levels meet regulatory requirements, including qualifications and first aid training
- Agreeing and delivering occupancy targets
- Recruiting, inducting, developing, and appraising staff to ensure high-quality practice
- Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with parents and carers
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold a Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years
- Have proven experience in a Nursery Manager or senior leadership role
- Demonstrate strong people management and leadership skills
- Be passionate about delivering high-quality childcare and education
- Be organised, proactive, and confident in managing operational performance
- Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and regulatory requirements
An enhanced DBS check will be required.
